Sometimes however it is better to contact the writer of the item directly. Every content item has a by line (see figure 1), by clicking on the name in the by line a form with the option of sending feedback will appear. Just fill in the form and send your comments to the writer of the item.

Only members can directly contact other members, so you must be a member and logged in to use this option.
