How can I make changes to my items.

retract itemOnce a document has been published, it must be retracted before you can edit it. To do this, select retract from the states drop-down menu, which will move the item back in to the public draft state. Once it has returned to the public draft state, the edit option will appear, just click it and start editing, when you're ready you must place it back into the review queue by submitting as usually.

This step, although a little annoying, is necessary to ensure that all content goes through a review step. For example, we have to ensure that any edits made to a page are appropriate and this can only be done by reviewing the content.

If you want to have more control over your items, and want to able to make changes immediately or publish your items without submitting, you can ask us to upgrade your membership. Upgrading is free, the only thing we ask from you is to contact us so we can verify that you are who you say you are.
